Welcome to https://www.sisterhoodoftherose.network (referred to in this document as: “SotR PN,” “SotR PN Site,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or ““the Service”) an online Goddess temple and a platform for uniting all Sisterhood of the Rose groups and community worldwide. 

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website, including all pages of SotR Site, located at  https://www.sisterhoodoftherose.network and operated by Sisterhood of the Rose Planetary Network website team.

Our Privacy Policy (this should link to PP at bottom of this page) also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood Agreements, and agree to be bound by them.

In these Website Standard Terms And Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. With respect to Your Content, by displaying it, you grant SotR PN Site a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be infringing on any third party’s rights. SotR PN Site reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice.

0.4. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SotR PN Site, an SotR PN Site Administrator, SotR PN Site Moderator, SotR PN Site member, another user of SotR PN Site, or any other person or entity.

0.5. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

 

0.6 . To engage in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity in relation to this Website, or while using this SotR PN Site.

0.7. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of SotR PN Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend SotR PN Site or users of SotR PN Site or expose them to liability.

0.8. Use SotR PN Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair SotR PN Site or interfere with any other party’s use of SotR PN Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through SotR PN Site.

 

0.9 . Use this Website to engage in any advertising or marketing. There will be opportunities, as agreed upon by the community in forums (this should link to forums—which they can only enter when they join as a member), to share what you do.

 

0.10. You agree to respect that SotR PN Site is a virtual Temple. Members who choose to conduct business with one another agree to do so outside of the Temple,  understanding that neither SotR PN Site nor Sisterhood of the Rose Planetary Network makes no endorsement of forum members, unless it is specifically so stated.

0.11. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access SotR PN Site for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on SotR PN Site.

0.12. Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on SotR PN Site or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior written consent.

0.13. Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of SotR PN Site.

0.14. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.

0.15. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of SotR PN Site, the server on which SotR PN Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to SotR PN Site.

0.16. Attack SotR PN Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.

0.17. Take any action that may damage or falsify SotR PN Site rating.

0.18. Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of SotR PN Site.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our SotR PN Site.

6. Intellectual Property/ Copyright Policy

SotR PN Site and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SotR PN Site. SotR PN Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our names and materials may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SotR PN Site.

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this SotR PN Site, under these Terms, SotR PN Site and Sisterhood of the Rose Planetary Network own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, and all such rights are reserved. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on SotR PN Site infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to SotR PN Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using SotR PN Site and send an e-mail with “UNSUBSCRIBE” as your subject to sotrplanetarynetwork@gmail.com.

All provisions of Terms which, by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our SotR PN Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding SotR PN Site.
